Однако и у этих граждан, и у всех остальных, признанных потерпевшими, отсутствует полная цепочка документов, доказывающих их имущественные претензии: документы о перечислении денег посредникам, договор с компанией «Гермес», документы о зачислении денег на счет в «Гермесе». В заявлениях о моральном ущербе имеется в виду «Гермес», а также упомянуты некие неназванные сотрудники компании «Лайф-из-Гуд», а не кооператив «Бест Вей».
